Meet Alena
For years, I taught resilience as a coach, trainer, and entrepreneur. Then life invited me to live what I had been teaching. A serious injury, multiple surgeries, an extended recovery, and the loss of my beloved mother changed the rhythm of my life. There were seasons when moving forward meant taking one coherent breath, one faithful step, and one day at a time.
Through it all, I discovered that resilience is more than bouncing back. It is the inner capacity to meet life as it is, restore balance across the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of our lives, and move forward with greater wisdom, compassion, and peace.
My husband, Jerome, stood beside me throughout my long recovery, encouraging me, helping me, and reminding me of the strength that was still present even when I could not yet see it for myself.
Today, I return not as the woman I was before, but as a woman who has been deepened by the journey. My life became my classroom, and what I learned now shapes how I write, speak, coach, and serve.
A New Chapter
There was a time when I wondered whether the season of my professional work was complete. But healing has a way of revealing what is ready to emerge next.
I am stepping into this new chapter with a deeper understanding of resilience, a renewed appreciation for life, and an even greater commitment to helping others reconnect with the wisdom of the heart.
This is not simply a return to who I was. It is a re-emergence, more grounded, more compassionate, and more aligned with the work I am here to do. I appreciate what is, and I am eager for what is coming.
